1. Aluminium Extrusion Machineries
We manufacture & supply Casting Machines, Billet/Log End Cutting Machines, Puller, Handling System (Belt Conveyor type), Stretching Machine, Hot Log Shear, Pre-heating Ovens for billet & dies, Ageing Oven (Electrical/Oil fired), Melting Furnace (Oil/gas fired), etc according to specific requirement depending on the size of the Extrusion Plant. To keep pace with the changing global techno-economical scenario, we have entered into a business tie-up with a Chinese Manufacturing Company - DEBO Machinery Co Ltd headed by the EX CEO of M/s Cheng Hua Machinery Co Ltd, Taiwan with a vast and varied experience in Extrusion Press manufacturing and also all ancillaries required for aluminium extrusion. We are their chosen Overseas Marketing & Services agency in India. We are also associated with almost all major manufacturers in CHINA for any type of machineries related to aluminium extrusion industry.
2. Consultancy and Project Implementation :
Turnkey execution of Extrusion Projects which include design, lay-out, budgeting, procurement and making of required machineries within the norms laid down in the budget, erection and commissioning of project, etc. After successful erection, trial runs are being conducted to ensure required level of performance as anticipated by the customer. Modernization and modification of existing plants are also undertaken, incorporating most modern technologies in the industry.
3. Work Contract Arrangements
We also undertake operation of Aluminium Extrusion Plants on contract basis deploying our highly skilled and experienced team of technicians. At present many extruders prefer this system for obvious reasons. A good number of Extrusion Plants are being operated by our team in India and abroad. We have more than 1000 technicians on our roll to be used on contract basis as per requirement of extrusion plants. We have a data base also listing over 3000 technically qualified persons to meet further requirement if arise from the industry.
