Our production equipments include CNC Milling Machines, Conventional Milling Machines, EDM Machines, EDM Wirecut, EDM Drilling, Radial Drilling etc. We largely used imported Die Steel from Germany, Jappan and Sweden. Proper Heat Treatment is critical to the initial success and extended life of Extrusion Dies. We have complete inhouse Heat Treatment facility enable us to supply dies in short lead time. In addition to Extrusion Dies we manufacture various Extrusion Tooling such as Die Rings, Bolsters, Sub –Bolsters and Insert Bolsters.
